Breakfast Meeting Spots in San Antonio
Inexpensive meeting spaces for business events are hot real estate in San Antonio. Need a private space for breakfast? Your hunt just got trickier! We were recently on the search for restaurants that could:
serve a hot breakfast
in a free or low-cost private meeting room with a door that closed
where a PowerPoint presentation could be projected.
It wasn’t easy, but with some help from our friends, we found some venues that fit the bill. Below is that gold-mine list of recommendations from business pros across our network. We hope it will help you find a budget-friendly breakfast spot for your next early morning presentation.
“I did a series of breakfast meetings at La Madeline on Broadway. They didn’t charge for the room...” —Denise Wechsler Barkhurst
This recommendation was backed up by several including one professional who shared: “Another vote for La Madeleine. The location at 410 and Blanco can fit 30-ish comfortably and is free as long as you order breakfast there... and they have a door.” —Michele Autenrieth Brown
“Revolución Coffee on Broadway has a secluded area with a TV.” —Claudia Loya-Duran
“Eggspectation has a room that closes off... They don’t charge for it.” —Olivia Askin
“First Watch at the Colonnade does. It used to be called The Egg & I.” —Delisi Araceli Friday
Note: Many First Watch locations in San Antonio have a private room that’s free to use. They don’t have a door you can close, however.
Other Options to Consider:
Hard Rock Cafe San Antonio has breakfast and is willing to work with a budget
We recently attended a PRSA breakfast event at Blanco BBQ’s party room. Exclusive usage of their room, which holds approximately 40 guests, will cost $200. Check it out if you have a large morning meeting to host.
